1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
70% of the 5% Calamity Fund/MDRRMF CY 2025/Establishment of Early Warning System intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Thousand Pesos.(Php300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Other Property Plant and Equipment/Installation of Siren at Municipal Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
