Professional Services for the Delineation and Demarcation of Sagay Marine Reserve Boundaries with the following
specifications:

Lot 1. A. Geodetic Survey Services (by Administration)
Scope:
1.Conduct of full perimeter survey of the legislated boundaries of Sagay Marine Reserve (SMR)
2.Ground validation and geotagging of identified corner coordinates using PRS92
3.Field sketching and base map validation
4.Generation of updated topographic maps with plotted monument and buoy positions

Standards and Requirements:
1.Reference System: PRS92 (Philippine Reference System of 1992), UTM Zone 51N
2.Survey Accuracy: ±10 cm horizontal, ±15 cm vertical (as per DAO 2015-10)
3.Output: Technical descriptions, coordinate list, shapefile (.shp), KML, and control point logs
4.Instrumentation: Survey-grade dual-frequency GNSS, total station (as backup)
