1) The West Visayas State University, through the Special Trust Fund (Unexpended Balances of 2024) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php820,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
