Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE NEW CLARK CITY SPORTS FACILITIES

Description : 1) The BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA), through the General Appropriations Act Funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Million Pesos (Php120,000,000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Operations and Maintenance Service Provider for New Clark City Sports Facilities, with Project Identification No. BG2026-236. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BCDA, through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, invites bids for the Operations and Maintenance Service Provider for New Clark City Sports Facilities. Delivery of the Goods and services is for a period of Fifteen (15) Months through Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods shall commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder-s SLCC, similar to the contract to be bid, should have been completed within Five (5) years prior to the deadline of submission and receipt of bids.
