Description : 1) The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the Corporate Operating Budget for FYs 2026 and 2027 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY MILLION PESOS (PHP340,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Operation and Maintenance Service Contract for the Bakun Hydroelectric Power Plant. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) PSALM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a contract duration of one (1) year. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids (March 2021 to March 2026), a contract similar to the Project, value of which is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and with total power plant generating capacity of at least 35 MW.
