1. The Philippine Army, through the PHIC Trust Receipts (Hospital Collections) with AA Nr 2024-01-04 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP3,860,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Operating Room Equipment, Orthopedic Surgery Equipment, Electric Paramount Type Beds, Surgical Examining Beds, and Mechanical Beds under PB-4IDSBAC - 01-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
