We are inviting all interested suppliers to submit their best quotation for the PROCUREMENT OF ONLINE VIDEO CONFERENCING SOFTWARE SERVICE PROVIDER:
SCOPE OF WORK:
A. Meetings: Host group meetings with up to 100 participants (default), expandable to 1,000 with a large meeting add-on.
B. Meeting Duration: Unlimited meeting duration for group meetings
C. HD Video and Audio: High Definition (HD) video and audio quality for seamless communication.
D. Recording: Cloud recording for storing meetings, with transcripts available. Local recording also supported.
E. Unlimited Cloud Storage for Meetings: Store up to 1,000 hours of meeting recordings.
F. For additional users, NDC will notify the service provider, and the service provider shall bill NDC accordingly.
PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT: One (1) year
