Description : Purchase of Online Talent Screening Assessments (1,000 meters)
• Test Battery Required: Cognitive/Aptitude; Personality/Behavioral; Competency/Skills and e-Skill Tests
• 1 year access to the Assessment Center (AC) Site
• Must be in the psychological testing industry for at least 5 years
• Have administered online psychological testing/assessment in at least five (5) government agencies
• The service provider must generate the report within three (3) days or less
• Should provide a registered psychometrician who will assist throughout the contract
• Preferably ISO 9001:2015 certified, PRC accredited, NPC-certified service provider
• The service provider must provide an orientation or briefer training to the end-user on the: (1) administration of the online assessment, (2) run through the online assessment, (3) assessment descriptions
