Citizens no longer need to make in-person visits to the city hall in order to complete transactions like payment of taxes and fees because of this system's ease of use and security. This enables more efficient use of resources by saving time for both citizens and government offices. The City of Parañaque may improve overall governance, expedite operations, and increase client satisfaction by embracing technology enabled solutions. The MRCS consists of several components namely: Onsite order of payment issuance o Order of payment issuance - Various offices in the City Hall will have access to this module wherein they can create order of payments depending on the nature of the transaction, a user management utility is built in the system where the particulars or account codes are separated for each department. "
