SUBSCRIPTION TO ONLINE AVIATION DATA

I. BIDDER : Air Travel and/or Tourism Data Provider

II. OBJECTIVES
• Subscribe to aviation intelligence data provider that will enable the Office of Tourism Development Planning, Research and Information Management (OTDPRIM) and the Office of Product and Market Development (OPMD) to acquire vital and up-to-date aviation analytical data tools;
• Gather and analyze pertinent aviation data on the Philippines and its competitor countries that will enable DOT to formulate a Route Development strategy aimed at enhancing long-term growth for Philippine international gateways and destinations.
• Provide aviation data which may assist the Philippine Air Panel members in formulating the government-s decisions on critical issues deliberated on by the panel;
• View potential market opportunities based on historical, current, and future air passenger market, schedule, and airport data; and
