1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 20% of National BFP share intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only ( Php 317,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF ONE UNIT TRICYCLE AND 1 UNIT OF TABLET WITH PEN FOR BFP OFFICE USE. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty Five (25) calendar days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project.
