1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:
a. Name of Project : PROCUREMENT OF ONE UNIT HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR to be used at ECO CENTER
b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 1,900,000.00
c. Bid Document Fee : Php 5,000.00
2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
3. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez now invites bids from authorized Philippine contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF ONE UNIT HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR to be used at ECO CENTER.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
