1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its Special Trust Calamity Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 2,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of PROCUREMENT OF ONE UNIT DUMPTRUCK WITH TWO SPARE TIRES FOR SEARCH AND RESCUE USE . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
