Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of One Hundred Eighty-Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand (185,700,000) Printed Lotto Betslips for the PCSO Lottery System (PLS) Operations Nationwide

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP60,909,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One Hundred Eighty-Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand (185,700,000) Printed Lotto Betslips for the PCSO Lottery System (PLS) Operations Nationwide (Identification No.: PR No. 02-27-250104). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
