1. The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of one (1) year Subscription of Cloud Server with Security and Support for Bataan Peninsula State University Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bataan Peninsula State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
