• Minimum download and upload speed: 300 Mbps
• Unlimited data (no data cap or throttling)
• IP Address Block: /29 (5 usable static public IP addresses)
• Minimum Service Level Availability (SLA): 99%
Hardware, Installation, and Testing
• Provision, installation, and configuration of modem/router and all necessary equipment
• Testing and commissioning of the service upon installation
• On-site support for setup and troubleshooting
• Potential provider may conduct a site visit to the facility for checking and assessment prior to installation
• No one-time installation fee shall be charged
Support and Maintenance
