All particulars relative to eligibility check and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference/s, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) from September 11, 2025 to October 7, 2025 before 10:00AM at the BAC Office or thru this email: rtu_bac@rtu.edu.ph. Furthermore, the LOI should state the name of the company and the name of its authorized representative who will join the pre-bidding and bidding conferences scheduled on September 23, 2025 at 10:00AM and October 7, 2025 at 10:00AM respectively. The last day of submission as well as the opening of bids will be on October 7, 2025 at 10:00AM. All bids must be submitted before the prescribed time. All queries regarding the project should be addressed to the BAC in the abovementioned email address.
