  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT WATER TANKER
  Contract No. GDS-2026-014
  
  1. The Municipality of Calbiga, through the Budget approved by the Sanggunian (20% Development Fund for 2026) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php4,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Water Tanker with Contract No. GDS-2026-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipality of Calbiga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
