The Local Government Unit of Silago, Province of Southern Leyte, through the CAPITAL OUTLAY - VMO, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P2,380,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT UTILITY VEHICLE FOR THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, SILAGO, SOUTHERN LEYTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
