INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT ULTRASOUND MACHINE FOR EDUARDO L. JOSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, BRGY. DAAN SARILE, CABANATUAN CITY, NUEVA ECIJA

1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Ultrasound Machine for Eduardo L. Joson Memorial Hospital, Brgy. Daan Sarile, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PGNE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
