1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2023 (GOP / HFEP 2023) intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine
Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP14,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1)
UNIT PULSED DYE LASER 585nm (PIN No.: 2023- PULSED DYE -107). Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF
ONE (1) UNIT PULSED DYE LASER 585nm (PIN No.: 2023- PULSED DYE -107).

Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have
completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
