The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES - ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU REGION VI (DENR-EMB VI), through approved NEP 2024 (Early Procurement Activity) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT PASSENGER VAN AND THREE (3) UNITS MOTORCYCLE FOR OFFFICIAL USE OF EMB REGION VI FOR CY 2025 - EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) - (RE-BID) - ITB NO. EMB-GOODS-PB-2024-EPA-12-010. Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
