Description : “Procurement of One (01) Unit Multi-Purpose 15-Seater Van”
1. The Barangay Roxas LGU through the authorized appropriations under the Accumulated Barangay Development Fund from FY 2023, FY 2024 and FY 2025, to apply the sum One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the "Procurement of One (1) Multi-Purpose 15-Seater Van” Any Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Barangay Roxas LGU now invites bids of the above Procurement Project. All bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
