The Municipality of Makilala, through the MENR Office intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Motorcycle to be used for Anti-illegal Logging, IEC Campaign and Forest Patrol Operations.

The Procurement of the Project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184
