SECOND POSTING

1) The DENR-PENRO Quirino through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P 2,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Motor Vehicle (Pick-Up Truck) under Contract Number QUI-PENRO-2025-11-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DENR-PENRO Quirino now invites bids for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Motor Vehicle (Pick-Up Truck) using the Lowest Calculated Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
