1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act 2022 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT INFRARED LASER TREATMENT (PIN No.: 2022-INFRARED-093). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT INFRARED LASER TREATMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
