1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2025 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (PhP5,000,000.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT HIGH INTENSITY LASER WITH ROBOTIC
SCANNER (ITB NO.: 2025-LASER-146 / PIN NO.: 2025-LASER-118). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF
ONE (1) UNIT HIGH INTENSITY LASER WITH ROBOTIC SCANNER (ITB NO.: 2025
LASER-146 / PIN NO.: 2025-LASER-118). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
