  1. The Barangay Government of Barangay Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union, through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,600,00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Unit Garbage Truck, Barangay Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union with Identification Number Carlatan-2024-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Government of Barangay Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
