1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2025 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PhP2,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT FLEXIBLE LARYNGOSCOPE
SET (ITB NO.: 2025-LARYNGOSCOPE-123 / PIN NO.: 2025- LARYNGOSCOPE-095).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT
OF ONE (1) UNIT FLEXIBLE LARYNGOSCOPE SET (ITB NO.: 2025-
LARYNGOSCOPE-123 / PIN NO.: 2025- LARYNGOSCOPE-095).
Delivery of the
