  1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Banice, Banton, Romblon, through the Supplemental Trust Fund BDRRM 2025 intends to apply the sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 150,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of one (1) unit of Chariot (Cargo) for Disaster Response and rescue Equipment ; with Project Reference No.: GD-BANICE - 02 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Banice, Banton, Romblon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
