Description : The Procuring Entity intends to procure one (1) brand-new, heavy-duty Wheel Loader. The wheel loader shall have the following minimum performance and functional requirements:

Operating weight: not less than 17,000 kg

Rated engine power: not less than 150 kW

Bucket capacity: minimum 3.0 cubic meters

Breakout force: not less than 170 kN

Dumping height: not less than 3,000 mm

Dumping reach: not less than 1,000 mm

Transmission: automatic powershift, minimum 4F/3R

Tires: heavy-duty standard off-road tires

Cab: ROPS/FOPS-compliant, air-conditioned

Standard safety features: reverse alarm, backup camera or mirror system, fire extinguisher

Must comply with Philippine Clean Air Act emission requirements

Must include operator-s manual, basic tools, and standard accessories

Must include warranty for parts and services for at least 1 year or as required by RA 12009
