Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW PASSENGER VAN FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS (REBID)

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 3,398,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Brand New Passenger Van for the Transport of Personnel, Equipment, Supplies, Products, and Materials (Rebid) / B-G-2025-J-045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
