  Description : The Procuring Entity intends to procure one (1) brand-new Hydraulic Excavator . The unit shall meet the following minimum functional and performance requirements:
  
  Operating weight: not less than 14,000 kg
  
  Engine power: not less than 90 kW
  
  Bucket capacity: minimum 0.5 cubic meters
  
  Maximum digging depth: not less than 5,000 mm
  
  Maximum digging reach: not less than 8,000 mm
  
  Swing speed: minimum 11 rpm
  
  Travel speed: minimum 3-5 km/h depending on undercarriage type
  
  Hydraulic system: load-sensing or equivalent hydraulic control system
  
  Standard attachments: standard bucket, boom, arm, and hydraulic lines
  
  Safety features: reverse alarm, rearview camera or mirrors, fire extinguisher, work lights
  
  Must include operator-s manual, basic tools, and standard accessories
  
  Must include warranty for parts and services for at least 1 year or as required under RA 12009
