1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget For Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW CUSTOMIZED PRISONER TRANSPORT VEHICLE for Provincial Warden-s Office (PWO)-Special Purpose Prisoner-s Van. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
