PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW CRAWLER EXCAVATOR FOR USE IN THE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT OFFICE, BATO, LEYTE.
(BATGOODS 2025-01-011)
1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (DBP-Loan) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of One (1) unit Brand New Crawler Excavator for use in the Solid Waste Management Office, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2025-01-011). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required (45 cd).
