Description : Objective
The purpose of procuring additional nodes is to provide more storage capacity for backup and recovery of all mission-critical systems, data, files, etc. in case of hardware and software failure, data loss, and cyber attacks such as ransomware.

II. Approved Budget for Contract
1. The budget for the said procurement shall be sourced from the IPOPHL for the calendar year 2024.
2. The Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) is PHP 8 million, inclusive of all government taxes and other fees and charges.

III. Technical Specifications
The additional node to be acquired will be attached to the existing Rubrik Appliance, hence IPOPHL preferred that the product to be offered must be on the '"same brand to ensure compatibility and connectivity issues. The detail specifications are discussed in Annex "A"

IV. Terms of Payment
Payment will be made 30 days upon submission of Sales Invoice duly acknowledged and accepted by MIS.
