1. The DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM Provincial Office of Sorsogon (DARPO-Sorsogon), through the GAA for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PhP3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of one (1) unit 250kVA Diesel Generator Set with two (2) Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), including construction of Generator House. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
