The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate through 20% Development Fund, pursuant to Appropriation Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (₱750,000.00.) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit 14-Meter Scissor Lift Motorcycle for the Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of ESPERANZA-GDS-2025-11-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
