Description : The LGU-PILAR through the Trust Fund (MDRRM) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the Contract for THE PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLIES OF GOODS FOR THE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING CYCLE 15 OF 370 DAYCARE AND SNP CHILDREN IN THE LGU PILAR

Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 5 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed projects for bidding. Bidding documents (Technical & Financial Components) should be in standard forms, number of copies and should be placed in standard number of envelopes and properly labelled. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.
