1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the 20% EDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Forty Eight Pesos 20/100 Only. (1,147,348.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Package Plumbing Materials for the Improvement/Rehabilitation, Barangay Waterworks System for Areas not Covered by Ayungon Water District, Ayungon, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
