PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) PACKAGE BRAND NEW TIRES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL VEHICLE USE AT MUNICIPALITY OF AYUNGON, NEG. OR.

BID IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 2025-01-18

1. The Municipality of Ayungon, through the Gen. Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php. 1,878,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Package Brand New Tires for Various Municipal Vehicle at Municipality of Ayungon, Neg. Or. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Ayungon now invites bids for Brand New Tires, Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days after issuance of Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
