1) The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (₱1,817,929.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract on the bidding for the Procurement of One (1) Lot of Various Office Cabinets CY 2025 under ID Number: CABINETS 2025-03-GSB with the following details:
