  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (Non-Office - Special Peace & Order 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 2,109,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of one (1) lot Various AMMUNITION for the Pasay City Police to standardize, develop and sustain the confidence and proficiency of all PNP-Pasay CPS personnel in the use of their issued firearms. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
