Procurement of One (1) Lot Toner Cartridges for PRO NCR

(PROJECT ID NO. PRO NCR PB-2025-09 TONER CARTRIDGE)

1. The PhilHealth Regional Office - National Capital Region (PRO NCR), through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Two Hundred Eight-Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and Fifty Centavos (Php 12,284,367.50), inclusive of VAT being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One Lot Toner Cartridges for PRO NCR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHILHEALTH REGIONAL OFFICE - NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required whitin Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the winning bidder of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
