The consultant shall perform the following tasks, and all expenses incurred for all meetings/workshops/visits are already included in his/her consultancy payment.
6.1. Update and evaluation of Gap analysis (including internal and Cross Audit Findings and parameters sought for accreditation)
6.2. Conduct implementation Training of ISO/ IEC 17025:2017
6.3. Streamline and improve laboratory quality manual, policy, and objectives
6.4. Evaluate, revise, and assist in the communication and implementation of Quality Procedures, Test Methods, and related forms
6.5. Conduct implementation training and updates on Method Validation/ Verification, QA/QC, Measurement uncertainty calculation and evaluation, and risk-based thinking and lab risk register
