Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Service for One (1) Lot for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for ADAC Awardees
1. The Dangerous Drugs Board, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (PHP 6,115,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for ADAC Awardees with Bid Identification No. 05-110-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dangerous Drugs Board now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Bidders must have a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) of similar in nature within the last two (2) years amounting to at least fifty percent 50% of the ABC of the item being bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
