1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) and its Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 9,720,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT SERVICES FOR FDG PET CT/SCAN PLAIN AND WITH CONTRAST AND
FPSMA PET CT/ SCAN PLAIN AND WITH CONTRAST UNDER SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
