Description : DENR-Environmental Management Bureau RIII invites all eligible suppliers to quote on the following:

HVS No.1- Clarkfield Station (Mass
Flow Controlled)
HVS No.2- San Simon Station
(Volumetric Flow Controlled)
HVS No.3- Mel-Vi Station (Mass Flow
Controlled)
HVS No.4-Intercity Station (Volumetric
Flow Controlled)

Scope of Work:
1. Cleaning of tubing.
2. Checking of timer
3. Checking of flow recorder
4. Perform leak test
5. Perform calibration/validation flow
6. Replacement of carbon brushes if required (to be provided by EMB III).
7. Replacement of motor if required (to
be provided by EMB RIII). Note:
1. Calibration certificate shall be
provided immediately
2. Calibrator to be used shall be valid with traceability and the calibration orifice information shall be included in the calibration certificates.
