Description : The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau invites all eligible suppliers to quote on the ff.:
Preventive Maintenance Services with Calibration of High-Volume Air Samplers
HVS No.1-Clarkfield Station (Mass Flow Controlled)
HVS No.2- San Simon Station (Volumetric Flow Controlled)
HVS No.3-Mel-Vi Station (Mass Flow Controlled)
HVS no.4- Intercity Station (Volumetric Flow Controlled)
Scope of Work:
1. Cleaning of tubing.
2. Checking of timer.
3. Checking of flow recorder (for MFCs).
4. Perform leak test/
5. Perform calibration/validation flow.
6. Replacement of carbon brushes if required (to be provided by EMB RIII)
7. Replacement of motor if required (to be provided by EMB RIII)
Note:
a. Calibration Certificate shall be provided immediately.
b. Calibrator to be used shall be valid with Traceability and the calibration orifice information shall ne included in the calibration certificate.
