Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the
Procurement of One (1) Lot Operating Room Major Electronic Central Sterilizing Machines

1. The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, through the IGF Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP33,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Lot Operating Room Major Electronic Central Sterilizing Machines with IB PB-EQPT N0. 2025-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the calendar days specified in Purchase Request/Terms of Reference (TOR) upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
